Sometimes an object means more than the sum of its parts. Such is the case with the bench below the willow tree which has become an iconic feature of Kingsmead Field. This gallery celebrates the diversity of visitors to the field at the peak of the struggle to save our open space. These photos were taken in 2013 as part of a 100 day social media challenge to show the level of community interest in the field.
